Man of Steel has beautiful armor and Antje Traue is amazing.

Silence sits around me like a gentle mother’s wing. Watching me, this silence teaches me the world is separate from my core, and yet i am it’s core, an inescapable position, froth with life. Yet, feeling numb. I caress its wing with my thoughts. I kiss it by listening. And, it hugs me with life’s love and awareness, a body, one body, with many compartments. Nothing is without the rest. This silence, my bullet proof vest.
